What it is

This product allows you to remotely monitor your Servers o SNMP enabled devices (like Firewall, NAS, SAN, Switch).

System health, like CPU, RAM and disk space usage, is an essential requisite for every IT service.

Also important is checking the presence of applications, their correct behavior, and performances to determinate service success.

MailWashingMachine RMON allows you to eliminate possible service interruptions monitoring your systems and checking their daily run.

How it works

The RMON remote monitoring service (Remote MONitoring) is simple, secure and in real time.

It constitutes an additional monitoring resource for the integrity and status of the company’s physical infrastructure. The remote monitoring service guarantees the sending of notifications by email and through a Telegram ™ channel to the customer in case of problems that could cause serious consequences.

There are three different types of assistance related to monitoring:

Base: The system sends the alarms to the customer’s staff who, independently, provides for the resolution of the same. It is possible to provide a free consultation concerning the problem encountered, but no action will be carried out. Activity included in the monitoring fee.

Silver: The system sends alarms to the customer and our support staff. According to the rules of engagement defined and the SLAs contracted, our team provides for the resolution of the problem remotely using the collaboration of a reference person of the customer. Gold: The system sends alarms to the customer and our support staff. According to the rules of engagement defined and the SLAs contracted, our team provides for the resolution of the problem at the customer’s premises. Request a quote for this activity.

The monitor is based on Open Source software (Zabbix) and involves the installation of an agent on the monitored machine. This agent will communicate with the monitoring server through the 10050 / TCP port or uses the SNMP protocol to monitor those devices that do not have an operating system accessible (Firewall, switch, NAS, SAN, etc.) A web portal with profiled access allows the customer to access the graphs of use of the monitored resources, the alarms, and the expected reports.
